Please, be aware that you only have five attempts to enter PIN for Blocktrade mobile app correctly.
⚠️ The first time counts as one of the attempts, and then the warning pops up.
If you are sure that you forgot your PIN, you can click Forgot your PIN button. The system will offer you to log out and log in again to set a new PIN:
⚠️ If you still tried to enter PIN five times and all them were not correct, the system will log you out automatically.
Once you enter your credentials correctly, you will be asked to set a new PIN and confirm it. Done!
